They are right. Vanguard ISA is flexible, so your allowed to re contribute any withdrawals you make in the same tax year, so they are right at the moment if you took 100k out.1 -

Running yesterday was hard work. WattyDog was a bit anxious as I was leaving so VNM put him in the car and all 3 of us went to the club and whilst I ran WattyDog ate his kong and VNM ate some rubbish…7
