Did they pay the court fee? If you look at your order about dates it usually say they are liable for your costs if they didn't pay the hearing fee.3 -

I would try a spurious appeal to them and then Popla so that you can get a copy of the landowner contract. We've seen dodgy ones from Horizon and Tesco.1
