Depends on what the advice is for - they have already ascertained that they cannot give the money away and still claim means tested benefits. They can doublecheck that for themselves using a benefits…2 -

Speak to the insurer in question, they will probably tell you to say you were as the policyholder which is the default unless you have the relevant named driver to point a finger at1 -
