All depends on your age and retirement plans. If you've got 10~20 years to retirement it would be foolish to derisk your investment and you set yourself up from missing future gains.1 -

The judgment would have to be paid IN FULL, within 30 days, no instalments, has to be IN FULL to avoid the CCJ6 -
