How long do you have on the subscription? Insist on moving the service and flat out refuse any new contract, they may offer to waive any ETCs and let you leave or perhaps do you a deal.1 -

Exactly where "abroad" is / will be may make a difference too (EU, US, Timbuctoo….?). It could also make a difference in how your SP increases, in due course.1
