Show us the whole Reply to Defence. QDR do play hardball and will go to a hearing. Don't name them but is it signed by a solicitor or is it just a trainee or paralegal?2 -

Just being a higher rate taxpayer doesn't mean you need to stay below £500. Earning £1000 interest and paying tax is better than £500 tax free.2 -
