Just an update. Mediation is set for March. Meanwhile DCBL ring every other week trying to settle. They say when we lose in court we'll get a CCJ so it's best to settle now for £300. How do…3 -

People shouldn't create moral dilemmas by making things legally complicated. Keep it simple, give the money to whoever the money is meant for, and there will be no dilemma.2
