Lidl do a 10Kg bag of Basmati rice for £7.49 that's less than 75p per kilo, when they have it, a 1Kg bag at £1.15 that's a 40p saving on a 1Kg bag.

Its a small loan and a large fee. I imagine in the long run it is better to go with a deal without fees. But difficult to say without seeing those products.
