It was pretty grim. No idea as to why half of them were there as they could quite easily do ordinary yoga. Fought off tears most of the time. Brought up all my insecurities of how absolutely pathetic…2 -

Have had quite high pain levels. Very stiff. My hair is driving me mad. I’ve had it cut since my head injury but I can’t have my highlights done as it’s still swollen & the wound is still healing…1 -
