Can you see if the £20 has been counted against your current year allowance as far as MoneyBox is concerned (i.e. does it say you can now subscribe only £19,980)?1 -

If you didn't deposit the funds then you haven't exceeded your annual allowance. It is simply a cash reward so accept it. You are overthinking the issue.3 -
