There is no need to email anyone let alone ECP Download the DCBL app . Find your case . Put your old addres on the app then change to the new address Much easier. It is then done.3 -

Yes ... but I gave you the guidance you need and they gave you the email address for claim responses. We've emailed defences for years. Only changed it 3 weeks ago!2
