You can understand to a point the timescale on for example; signage being updated, but the £20 fee is a simple policy change not something that needs resource thrown at it or any long term planning. …4 -

Of course we already know 95% of IAS decisions go against the consumer but I was advising you to do it, knowing that. Yours is a specific point to appeal and should be a rare but easy win. And if not…4 -
