You can ignore DCBL, telling them its in dispute wont stop the template letters Do nothing unless you get a court claim or move house5 -

As for the debt collector letters, these so called debt collectors only have the power to send letters. Out of interest do these letters make any threats of removing goods such as stating at the bott…5 -

They won't have CCTV or any evidence. Remember, if they did make a claim and you were in the 1% of single tickets that go to a hearing that the onus is on them, not for you to disprove it.3 -
