Totally agree. POPLA should apply full & relevant aspects of the Code - and all consumer laws - as standard. But they don't. The burden falls on consumers to somehow know.3 -

The letter does have a ‘Without Prejudice’ statement in the second paragraph, so you cannot use that letter in any court hearing, until after a judgment when costs are assessed. Doesn’t change anythi…4
