you are not being "punished" it happens from time to time - banks and other financial institutions manage their lending profiles and this sometimes sees limits being reduced (or increased) …1 -

You could submit a subject access request asking specifically for all personal data connected with the review and withdrawal of the overdraft. A SAR may not reveal Santander’s complete scoring formul…1 -

I had my credit card limit reduced from three grand to about 300 quid simply because I wasn’t using it for prolonged periods of time. Before the days of AI so that certainly wasn’t a factor.1 -
