There were two branches of storms that went either side of us. We had light rain for c. 5 minutes at about 3am and that was it 🤷♀️🙄 Well done on the grocery underspend 😊👏 KK5 -

Surely the house value has no effect on savings unless you are wanting to move? I do think nursery fees are eye-watering.5
