Obviously if anyone has health issues that require actual knowledge of calories, that is a rough guide off of what is in my head, but it pretty much evens out as long as you respect your tummy enough…5 -

Sounds like a lovely evening. When it comes to food I've always found calorie trackers massively unhelpful and not necessarily leading me to a healthier lifestyle.5 -
