How much is a "score"?
Ok not sure where to post this but I have just had a man round to give me a quote to move some rubbish and he said he will do it for a "score"
I told him I would get back to him.
I was too embarrased to ask him how much a score was

A score is twenty - it's not slang, or if it is it's very old slang. In the bible "the days of our years are three score years and ten" refers to people living to seventy.
Not even wrong

Back of the class for margaretclare. Four score = 4 x 20 = 80
80 +10 = 90.

Ooh yes, freecycle it as bricks for hardcore! Then he can pick it up and you can enjoy your score yourself!
We cleared someones garden of topsoil using my micra last summer. Poor thing nearly didn't make it home both times. I love my micra
My local 'man with a trailer' asks for score and ten. As a highly regarded member of the community I do hope he uses the tip...
