Letter Off DRP

Hi,
I'm hoping I'm not posting this in the wrong Area, if so apologies.
I received a parking ticket while being parked at Nandos at the Middlebrook in Bolton. The car I was in was stupidly parked in a disabled bay, the whole shopping centre was busy, and there was a space so we pulled in. As you can imagine there were loads of people around, no one saw any sign indicating it was a disabled bay. We did go into nandos to eat though.
I emailed UKPC to appeal this and advised of how busy the area was and a space was a space. They have declined the appeal, so I have now ignored the email.
Today I have received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd, advising that I now owe £145 and have 14 days to pay or they will recommend to their client to take court action against me.

There's is a note on the bottom of the letter stating:
You've probably heard people say that parking charges aren't lawful and that motorists shouldn't pay them. However in November 2015 a parking operator, like our client, took a motorist to court for a parking charge and won. The supreme court ruled that the parking charge was lawful. This ruling is seen as an important 'test case' for parking operators, like our client.

Any help would be massively appreciated?

Thanks

    UKPC are fraudsters, read this

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3229165/Is-PROOF-private-parking-firms-scamming-motorists-Drivers-say-timings-photos-doctored-legally-parked-cars-issued-fines.html

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences.

Parking Eye, Smart and a smaller company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (who take hundreds of these cases to court, and nearly always lose), who have also been reported to the regulatory authority.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

DRP are just a timewasting bunch of scammers

    IGNORE DRP,

With regards to the footnote, As usual they are idiots

They refer to the Beavis case as if it's a get our jail card ... free.
In reality Beavis claimed the charge was not fair and the
    Supreme court said it was.
NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU ?

SEE WHAT IDIOTS THEY ARE ???

Bet they did not tell you that UKPC were once banned
by the DVLA for faking pictures ..... OF COURSE NOT

    STUPID DRP :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving.

You need to edit your OP to remove details of who was driving

The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you

The same advice as given in post # 2 but make sure it actually is a LBC or LBCC not just a "if you don't pay we plan to take court action." Can you post a picture of the letter using a hosting site like imgur or similar.

Just the normal junk letter from DRP :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    POWERLESS RUBBISH TO IGNORE

You see where they say .... MORE INFORMATION.
"See a list of what their clients have obtained"

Their clients ???? NOT DRP ???

DRP cannot obtain anything because the fake debt
does not belong to them ... they are scammers

But, we can show much longer lists where the PPC's have
been whooped in court and before the whooping, no doubt
DRP were sending out their cranky junk mail

The Supreme court case was real enough but has nothing
to do with you ..... DRP are just trying to scare you .....
This is what low sewer life do, DRP are part of the low life

DRP keep changing their website ..... now they say .....

"I GOT A LETTER FROM DRP WHAT DO I DO ????"

    UM .... IT'S A NO BRAINER .... IGNORE IT

Yes folks, yet another MSE thread that will feature
    on google:rotfl::rotfl:
