BT/Sky phone line

My phone line/broadband isn't working. I am with Sky but need BT to fix it, Sky said 3-5 business days, is there any compensation I can claim for not having either working?

Thanks

You need to check the T's & C's, but it will probably be a refund pro rata for each day you were without service, which wont amount to much. Sky buy a lower level of service from Openreach so their customers will wait longer for line faults to be repaired
