    Am I right in thinking I can approach PE with under the table offers if I title my emails 'Without prejudice'?

    PE had only started opperating on the site the month before I was caught, Id parked on there many times out of shop hours!

    I wouldn't do it by e-mail. If you want a Part 36 offer I'm sure we could draft something. I'd send it by post, with proof of postage. Whilst courts are accepting of e-mails in the whole, sometimes a good, old fashioned letter is the way to go.

    Can you post a copy of the offer you sent them up? Obviously remove all personal/identifying details.

    I would offer £20 because they will come back with an offer of £50 (maybe?) , so then you can up it to £30 as a counter offer.
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
