How did an advert "appear" in my post???

Just looking at my post:-

and a clicky advert has appeared.
How did this happen?
Should I delete it???

    I just had a look at the post but can't see a clicky advert on there. Could it be that the pop up blocker is disabled on your computer?

    I had this last week, when reading forums, links were showing which when you hovered over them were spammy ads.

    Hubby got rid of it with Spybot search and destroy. Someone else also posted yesterday a similar thing so wonder if this has been picked up from a comp site?

  • I found it. It was some kinda virus that had downloaded when I was downloading some software from cnet.
    Called TopArcade hits, it instals itself on your computer and messes with settings.
    Have uninstalled and run scan so is gone now.

    That is exactly what I had. I found it in my installed programmes. No idea how it got there :mad:

    I thought I had got rid of it by deleting it but it was still on my system.
