Transfer cash in S&S ISA

I have some cash in a H-L account that I'm considering transferring to a Cavendish/Fidelity account. How painful is this process? Is it like a cash ISA transfer - 15 days and it should be there - or is it like a transfer in stock, with months of sitting around and relentless prodding to get anything to happen? How long would it be expected to take?
