MSE News: Beware dodgy insulation sales tactics, warns OFT

I have lodged a complaint against the Mark group for fraudulent activities with Action Fraud. Having had five different surveys carried out by the company since April last year in the hope of free cavity wall insulation paid for with government grant, they have still been unable to carry out the work. They claim that information has been lost or is not on their system but I believe they and their associates claim for every survey.


I have wasted days at the hands of this company who are only interested in lining their own pocket, with people door stepping and coming into your home to conduct surveys that they then conveniently lose. Do not use them on any account!
