its that time again to claim your top-up rewards, just dial 313.

313 doesn't work with the O2....says wrong number! I thought it used to be 2211. I still use 2211 to claim my treats!

Unhappy O2 Rewards (4th April)
Anyone who is an O2 customer and has opt-ed in can claim their reward from 4 April. I texted BALANCE to 50202 two weeks ago and it was definately worth claiming. However, I've texted BALANCE again and now my reward is £0.

I wondered if I'm the only person who this affects? I had e-mailed O2 and they've not replied, normally they're quite quick - is something fishy going on?
