What have you NOT spent on Christmas?

I have NOT spent:

- £25.00 on a magazine subscription - bought with Tesco Clubcard vouchers
- £25.00 Amazon vouchers - bought with Nectar points
- £15.00 (out of £40.00) on a present for my mum said she wanted - used 3 Swagbucks vouchers.

Quite pleased with all my 'freebies' or reductions in cost of stuff by using vouchers.

So, what have you guys NOT spent this year?

I have not spent money on........

£5 - present of a book from Amazon from Amazon voucher earned from surveys
Christmas wrapping paper - left over from last year
Christmas cards - left over from last year
Christmas gift tags - from last year
Christmas decorations - all the same ones from last year
Night out - cancelled one (as knew it would cost IRO £100 including taxi, meal etc) and knew it probably wasn't worth that amount.

    eta -
-made use of the Body Shop offer stack and got some little gift sets for my SILs so saved around £20
-Just about all of my presents have been from sales throughout the year as well.
-I get my OH 2 x work shirts from M&S every year, so waited until there was a 2 for 1 offer on and got them then
  • Saved

£40 on purchases from Amazon (e-vouchers earned from surveys) + £10 to come.
£100 not going to works do! esp as Fancy Dress
£££'s by agreeing with rest of family to limit amount we would spend to £10 each.
  • This is a brilliant idea for a thread...
I have not bought any Christmas cards or wrapping paper this year.
I have saved by buying Christmas presents in the sale over the year.
Not sure exactly how much but I'll definitely be tracking and recording ready for next year.

  • Gift tags made from last year's cards. Always do this.
Le Crueset dishes bought with points earned from scanning.
More vouchers left from surveys, but may save these for January sales to buy next year's cards & gift wrap and present for relative's birthday in February.

I saved £15.99 getting heated eyelash curlers for a present! Went less than half price in Boots to £7.49, and I paid for them with my points :)

That's all I can think of so far x
Can't think of anything smart to put here...
