This was on the forum yesterday but I can't see it anywhere. I really enjoyed it and it cost nothing so I thought I would put it here again.

The link is just on the left of the page.

MSE official insert Tue 30 Jul 2013: We've been in touch with Hear to Listen and this free relaxation MP3 is still available. What's more, you'll now get a full 40 minute session. Just click on this link to get it. Big thanks to bellathecat for the original spot.

We tried one for my niece a few years ago (it was a tape so a good few years ago) by Glenn Harold it was for Fear of Flying but I like this female voice.

Paul McKenna must have something, he gets plenty of TV time.

If this is an hypnosis audio file. Who is going to be around to click their fingers and wake me up?!
And will I, by then, have stripped off and run down the street shouting "I am Napolean where is my army"!

Thing is you could do that without listening to the audio file ;)

Just downloaded it to my computer ready for my FREE Ipod Touch which will be arriving soon. I have problems getting to sleep every night so this, hopefully, will be perfect for me.

Problem is, this short recording wakes you up at the end.

I got the one for Insomnia and selpt like a baby. I will put the link below.

How long do the paid for ones last, the free one is only a couple of minutes?

TBH there are a lot of good guided meditation MP3's on Amazon which you can download for 69p or 79p. Not detracting from the quality of these recordings :)

I clicked the link and you have to pay for it, I thought it would be a free one.
