:ji HAVE JUST PAID THE LAST OF MY DEBTS:beer:
My lbm was 2 years ago after 10 years of consolidating loans then using the credit cards again I finally had a £23000 loan (inc interest) with 3 years to run and £14000 on cards and a £2750 O/D that I never got in the black even on payday.
It has been hard and I am obsessive now at working out what everything would cost over a year ( demotivater rocks). Stopping smoking (£5000 pr year ) and ebay have made the biggest difference, and internet asda shopping, (free delivery on >£100) and stops the impulse buys (do order after eating though lol ).
It can be done and this forum is amazing, good luck to all xxx
