Well done on the Tillytidies :)
For at least half of my first diary I just *thought* about OPing and raved about all the things I was doing/thinking of to save money .... in fact I often still do that sometimes! :rotfl: so don't worry too much we are all in this together for the long haul!

Enjoy the sunshine today .. I know its the wrong thing to say but I'm almost looking forward to it getting a bit cooler! ;)

    Hi fellow MFWs,

Back into :money: mode after a long break. I am just back from a tropical country and temperatures in UK are keeping on par with the temperatures over there. Talk about Indian Summer

Tilly, we all go through seasons of frenetic activity and then a lull in our MFW efforts. I am sure you will tide over the spendy-not-much-saving period. Seeing your signature, I guess it is car/refurbishment/hols expenditure taking the toll.

For those on O2 Priority Apps, there is a free book this week and it the Sea Sisters from the Richard & Judy Bookclub. Also look out for 1p Jacob's Savoury crackers at MrT.

    Best Regards,
    US

    Morning,

    5p TT Op
Remembered we have £30 ish of PC money to request via PP. Plus £27 in LV still.

Still eating out of the freezer and garden. This evening it's salmon with Thai cucumber salad, which I may add yellow courgettes to as well. Served with cous cous, as it's the only carb I fancy at the moment.

All the spending money for the holiday is safely put aside already. I have one large spend for work on the house but I have the money available already. After that it's batten down the hatches.

Poured with rain last night and it was a delight :T

    Have a good day

I love the rain when it has been away for a while. We had blue black, leaden skies with torrential downpours and thunder and lightning today. Despite the headache and the hairs on my arms standing up, I was all for running outside to play :)

Thunder & lightning during the night, no rain. Then 2 hours later, rain. Not cleared the air though and still really muggy.

Still better than usual summer weather though :T.
