Does anyone know how long it would take in missed payments before being given a ccj? Currently waiting for my DRO to go through which may take a while and I'm starting to panic 😬

Somewhere between 'a long time' and 'never'

Most debts never face court action.

On the few that do, you can string out a defence for several months.

Some debt management companies recommend token offers while you wait. It's a waste of time. Just concentrate on getting £90 together.

    Phew thank you!

I haven't informed any of my creditors re applying for a DRO as of yet but not sure ignoring them is best

I recommend ignoring them. Sometimes they get more aggressive if they think they are about to lose money.

They'lL be informed when you get the DRO

What's your debt balance? If it's near the £20K be careful as court costs and fees can bump it up. Anything above £19K I'd advise paying them a token £1 payment to stop them moving it on or adding charges if it switches to a new collections agency.
