    No-one is allowed to charge for acting as an intermediary. The fee is £90 and paid via Post Office or Payzone using the barcode they supply.

    That's a minor point but I thought I'd make it - the rest of the stuff here seems accurate.

    Hi,

    if i apply for a debt relief order would they check back through my accounts? and if they do how far? also im a signatory on my 4 year old sons savings account, would they count his savings as an asset?

    An account in your son's name is not your asset.

    Is there something in particular that you're worried about?
