I don't even know what you're asking.
Interest, charges etc? They're set out on their websites.
Customer service? Yeah, some people want to know, though I've no idea why, but these are both the same bank. And, as you have a Halifax account, you'll know what that's like. If you're not sure, open a Lloyds account and run them side-by-side.

In people’s opinions who have dealings with both?
Who’s best for better banking services, higher credit limits etc.

Lloyds get my vote. I used to work at Barclays and it should be avoided. Glad that I left.
Please remember that Barclays are being prosecuted for fraud in 2019 together with 4 of their ex-directors (including their ex-CEO John Varley).

Halifax BankPartner is with Lloyds they don't offer him anything. I have Barclays accounts (as well as ones with other banks) always found their customer service fine and I have their blue rewards so earn from them.Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0

Impossible to answer Lloyds or Barclays to "Who’s best for better banking services, higher credit limits etc." You're asking about two different specific services plus an etc that could cover anything. Your poll won't tell you anything. Clever answers, on the other hand, might be useful.0 -
