Just weighed in LOST 3 pounds

So back to where I was two weeks ago.

Need to stop picking at things! However pleased with myself over the last 2 days when the boys have wanted other things, basically cooked myself something SW friendly.

Today they had pie, chips mushy peas, thick gravy and hendos. Trust me for a northern girl that's harder than turning away prosseco and cake!

    Tommorow plan,

Breakfast, salted caramel quark, raspberries and grape nuts - half hxb
Dinner - jacket skins with chicken quark, potato and cheese hxa, salad and 2 syns light mayo. 2 sasumas.

Tea - no idea as need to go to aldi but will post tomorrow.

NSV this week, wore a cardigan for work was tight on the arms, now fits correctly yeah!

If I lose 1 pound this week I hit my 10%, so a nice incentive to stay on plan.

What on earth are hendos? Never heard of them and google didn't help?

I got them from Morrisons. Someone at group mentioned them back when there was a shortage a few weeks back.

Really beanie ? I eat them but find them tasteless unless they're made into synful things like the gorgeous mucver (Turkish fritters with cheese in). I've never bought them frozen but have frozen my own when we've grown them. They're fine for adding to casseroles.

I find Thursdays suit me for WI whiplashy . Probably Friday morning would be my perfect choice as my synful (saved up for) weekends start from 6 o'clock on Fridays and last until Sunday night so I'd have maximum time for reining in.:D

    L: Cauliflower & horseradish soup
D: Macaroni cheese (using HExA) with leeks, courgettes, mushrooms & tomatoes

I don't generally eat relishes but if it's nice and easily available I might be tempted as it's Free!

Planning on making some red onion chutney tomorrow which I absolutely love with all sorts on cold meals although not quite the same as relishes.

That's the stuff! It's a bit like worcester sauce but much much nicer.
I do a round trip of 80 miles to collect mine from my Dad, along with the occasional order of Staffordshire oatcakes, neither of which I can get locally. I had no idea you could buy it online so thank you for this Tweets!

Just seen they do Hendersons crisps on that website - that could spell the end of SW....
