Capital One email?

Hi all, my online account with capital one has been locked due to me messing up on the password, anyway it says to call them but due to a severe throat problem I have no voice whatsoever so can't do that!

I could send them a secure message but I have to sign in to do that and it won't let me due to being locked so is there any email I can send to as I really need to make the payment within next few days so need to unlock it.

I have nobody else around to contact them for me, don't think I'd want them to anyway so does anybody know how I could email for help, I know I could write but as I said I need to make payment ASAP. Thank you.

    Why not pay directly from your bank's online account management?

    I will look into that, I wanted to check my account though too, guess I'll just have to wait for voice to come back. thanks.
