Existing Cash ISA & Help to Buy ISA

Options
Hi,

I've just opened a Help To Buy ISA and also have an existing cash ISA that I haven't paid into this tax year.

Am I able to transfer this cash ISA to another provider for a higher interest rate as long as I do not pay into it?

I can't seem to find an answer to this.

Thanks,

Simple answer, yes. You can transfer to any provider but whether it's worth it when you can do so much better outside a cash ISA is another matter.
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
