If I buy direct from L &G it'll cost 0.76% per year.
Is it possible to buy it from anywhere with lower charges?
Thanks

They seem to be 0.31% from Hargreaves Lansdown0

If you purchase via a low cost platform such as Youinvest or Ch Stanley Direct the charges are 0.31% PLUS the platform providers fee for holding funds. With Youinvest this is an additional 0.25%...with HL an additional 0.45%.0

On smaller amounts, percentage fee tends to work out cheapest, as the pot gets larger, then fixed fee tends to be better.

I'd gather this is a direct result of the information provided in your other thread regarding Vanguard? In which case again I'd probably use a fixed fee platform and buy both Vanguard and L&G in whatever flavour you wish. It looks like I'm already late to the party mentioning this again
(Might be worth having a look for "Snowmans Spreadsheet")0 -
Thanks, I can't seem to find L and G multi index via Halifax Sharedealing?0

There are some other funds which are notable by their absence at Halifax / IWeb. But if the Halifax platform does have funds or shares you want, their fixed fees can make them the cheapest place to hold them.0 -
What share class is charging 0.76% p.a.?
L&G use class F if you invest directly. That is 0.50%.
Class I is the platform version and class C is the super clean version.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. You do remember rightly:p. That is what I was told by IWeb some time ago.0 -

If you invest in an ISA directly then it appears to be the Class R version of the fund, with 0.76% annual charge. I remember looking a few months back.
Maybe you need to go through an advisor to invest in the Class F version?0
