    Can't upload pictures, but my favourite would have to a lovely homemade cheese and onion quiche with a jacket potato and some coleslaw, peas or baked beans.
    Couldn't give you an exact cost, but definitely under a fiver

    Bubble and squeak with fried eggs and baked beans is my go to. I loved Shakshuka (?) spicy eggs and tomatoes when in morocco but never been able to replicate properly at home.

    I have hens, so every day is Egg Day for us! One of my favourite ways to use up an egg glut is to make the South African fruity mince dish called Bobotie, which you top with a curry flavoured egg custard before baking. (I use about half a dozen beaten eggs, and less cream in my version).

    I can manage scrambled egg on toast.

    I would cook Shakshuka like this but I can never get it to look as delicious & entrancing.

    I hadn't remembered that it is kosher etc and thus ticks other guest boxes. I should probably try harder...

    Fry a chopped onion and two cloves of garlic. Add two tins of tomatoes and a large handful of frozen green beans and some sweet corn. Pour into an ovenproof dish then make 4 indentations and drop an egg into each one. Bake in the oven until the eggs are done.

    I love this with grated cheese over the top.
