Erm, yes it's a thing! So in the spirit of Friday.. i.e., just for a bit of fun... Show us your favourite meal to make with eggs for under a fiver. And to make it really difficult.... NOT OMELETTE! :rotfl:

Poached eggs on avocado on toast.

Having spent some time doing breakfast shifts in hotels, I can poach eggs, but LOVE someone else making it for me... and they are perfect with avocado mashed with chilli on sourdough toast.
