This challenge is about seeing how much you can save within 100 days and is for anyone who needs motivation to start saving money or need to raise a specific amount within a short time period.

The challenge doesn't have to be 100 days - it can be any time frame you wish,
Just let us know when joining or update us in the form.
100 days to save challenge update form

Please declare your total for the month on the last week of each month or week

Put your totals in bold or a bright colour however Please don’t post in yellow my poor eyes can’t really see that colour (sorry people. I know this one is a little rubbish to abide by) .

Any way of inheriting money is allowed to be saved as long as it is going towards your savings goal. This includes: Interest in your savings account, second jobs, “Road kill”, Savings tin, birthday/Christmas money, over time in work etc…

The challenge runs from your starting date to whenever the 100 days end for you.

Post join and what your target amount is, when your start & end date is so I can add you to the list. You will be assigned a number for the challenge. Please use this number when using the update form.

You may use this thread to talk about how you've made money, what you've done to save money and how much you've put into your savings etc.

    I have decided that the day I joined was my first day of this challenge. Through a combination of uninstalling the Amaz0n app, avoiding the sales, selling things on fb and not going out, I have saved £229.10. Long may it continue!
