Nationwide/Skipton split contributions

Hello,
I have a Help to Buy ISA and Flexclusive ISA with Nationwide. I realise I have missed the deadline for transferring to the Skipton LISA however, can I still open a new LISA with Skipton and contribute to all 3 (HtB, Flexclusive and LISA) as long as I keep within the maximum combined contributions? I am aware I can only use the bonus for one of them.
One of the rules of the HtB is that you cannot contribute to other ISAs (although Nationwide allows split contributions) so I am not sure a LISA with another provider is permitted.
Many thanks.

You are fine provided you don't add more than £20k total this tax year and keep within the HTB and LISA limits.
LISA (in cash or s&s) is not a Cash ISA.
