MSE Offers Sub-boards - your feedback needed

Hi everyone
What are MSE Blagged offers?
Last year we started posting MSE blagged offers on the Forum as well as on the main site so you could grab them directly here and our team could help out with any queries (as announced here).
Why sub-boards?
We're going to be doing this more throughout the year and we're looking into setting up sub-boards where we'd post all MSE Blagged offers relevant to that area. The idea is that you can easily see the offers all in one place and can come back and ask questions if you have them eg when cashback is due.
Expired offer threads would have a clear, official MSE insert posted in the top to say they're no longer available so you'd don't try to apply for an old offer. The discussion would stay open, though, so you can ask questions later on.
An alternative idea was to have a single MSE Offers board or sub-board for all offers but we felt you might not see the offers there.
We're starting with a trial next week to see how it goes and we'd like to get your feedback, both now and during the trial.
If you have a thought, a suggestion, a fab idea how we could do it better, or even not at all if you feel it affects your forum experience, please let us know on this thread.
Thanks in advance for your help

I tried to find an old post by using "Search by Username" in Advanced Search. But no suggestions appeared in the dropdown. After several failed attempts, I tried changing the initial letter to upper case. That worked. So the username search is case-sensitive.
In every forum that I use (for example, Evernote, TenForums), username searches are not case-sensitive.
As an experiment, I did separate keyword searches for "drawdown" and "Drawdown". I got the same number of search results. So keyword searches are not case-sensitive.
I would be grateful for the reason why usernames are case-sensitive.
Thanks.0 -

I would say the feedback so far, speaks volumes?
Nothing is particularly clear?
Also, this thread is easy to "pass" as it's a sticky (first post,) at the top of the board, and if you're a regular user, you don't necessarily read stickies on a daily basis as they rarely change?
Maybe de-sticky-fy and more clarity?
It's certainly lost on me, (maybe i'm thick?) :eek:Fred - Where's your get up and go?
Barney - It just got up and went.

What is the trial? Has it started yet? Where is it? Is it 'feedback' to tell you we don't know what on earth you're on about?0 -

Is it possible to incorporate a prompt into the search box to say that it's case-sensitive to avoid wasting peoples' time?0
