    I discovered how the tips work.You earn a tip every few ratings in the scout room.You can use the tips to 'tip' the artists you have added to your watch list. To tip them,go into the artists on the watchlist section and there will be the tip option. You can rehear the song and read about the artist.
    To add someone to the watchlist, wait till you submit the rating and close the comment window and an option appears under the artist and track name.
    Im going to try to cash out as soon as I reach the withdrawall limit and see wether it is worth doing.
    I've done that with pay to clicks before and it has been a good way to assess how worthwhile it is.

    many thanks for the info on this site.
    It looks really good ,spent a couple of hours listening to indie music last night ,which I dont mind .Earnt my self £2.10 already !!
    From what I can see as well ,you can take the money and run..or invest it into artists you think might do well.If they get a contract ,a hit, then I think you get a share of the profits .Everybody wins!
    Its like a co-op for bands .
    Really great idea .
    A couple of hours a day could end up being £40 a month ,£480 ayear ,which would pay for a holiday or Xmas pressies .
