I would like to transfer my RBS instant access cash ISA to another provider, and wondered if it would be better to do this before the 1st of April or after?
Also, any ideas on best provider to go with?

Why should it make any difference?0 -
If you're transferring your ISA it makes no difference when you do it.
A transfer doesn't count as a subscription towards your maximum allowance for the year, so you can do it whenever you please as it doesn't affect how much you can pay in.
Do make sure it is a transfer though from ISA to ISA. Don't move the money to your current account as this will mean you lose ISA status on the money.0
