Hi all
I bought a moto g and popped my contract sim in no problem about 12 months ago
However I have decided to password the sim card but am stuck on setup.
As I have never used a pin I do not know what the default would be yet in the setup up it is asking for the default pin from your carrier.
Only after entering that can I put a pin lock of my own.
As it warns of it being disabled if I enter the wrong pin (which I have never been given) I am concerned about doing so?
anyone have any ideas please

It's 1111 for Orange and EE apparently

Orange is 1111. You need to enter that when chaning it to a new one of your choice (I use 6 digits) and enter that twice.0

Nothing to worry about, if you get it wrong too many times, you just have to phone EE and get a PUC and your sorted.0 -
