I am trying to reclaim for PPI that I paid against a Lloyds mortgage that I took out in 1993. They are saying that they have no record of the mortgage - even though I have given them full details of the Lloyds account that I paid the mortgage from!! Is there anything more that I can do?

The answers reflect that fact.
Did you really make your first ever post (after eight years) just to berate us?0 -
lloyds never retailed PPI built into their mortgages. They only ever did it on a standalone product. So, even if you had the mortgage details, they wouldnt be able to see it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
