Seems a bit cap. All the gas/electricity companies it 'recommends' are also the ones it says DO NOT USE.

All seems to have warnings on them about dodgy CS and problems, so why 'recommend' them.

    It doesn't actually recommend them - it its a comparison tool, so includes them and gives you a warning about some.

    Thanks for your post. Matelodave is right, Cheap Energy Club provides a whole of market comparison, so you get the full picture of the different options available.

    We've added a filter in recent months so you can opt to only see providers with decent or great service ratings if you prefer.
