Well done on getting your £50 payout from YouGov:T. I'm still plodding on with mine, still about 1000 points to go though. I don't know how long it took you to accrue the necessary points but it takes me forever. I'm not in a very in-demand demographic group:(

OH has taken my car in to the garage for MOT, service and repair this morning so I'm waiting with everything crossed until he gets back and tells me how much I owe him:eek:

Just popping on to report some more cashback £6.81 and a small eBay sale £3.18. Brings me to a new total of £44.73.

I also now have surveys from Prolific Academic coming through and have listed another bunch of items on eBay. Now off to watch tennis for the afternoon (if baby lets me!).

It took me roughly eleventy billion years to get my YouGov payout! I don't mind with them because they don't have tons of techy issues and do pay out. I don't bother with most survey sites as I am also not in a popular demographic. It does make you wonder whether companies are missing out on a lot of consumers by just fixating on certain groups.

Love that our partners ridicule everything we do but when it benefits from, they are interested.

Mine still gives it large that I am wasting my time, doesn't mind when he receives next vouchers from my waste of time schemes or free days out to theme parks.

Well done to you.we are proud of you and rejoicing in your moneymaking.

I too got notification today that I have been accepted.

Thanks. I have seen a few charity shops refuse stuff when helping with clearing village jumble sales etc. It can be hard to get rid of stuff. Makes me want to buy less and contribute less to our future landfill sites (plus save money in the short term too of course).

It's a good total but all spent already! just done a quick few payments off our cards and ready for the next batch of ebay selling... I haven't sold anything on there for a few years so I need to get my head around the postage rates etc.

Just done some balance transfers between credit cards...that'll save a bit in the long term... I HATE credit cards... blooming trap you into debt so easily! But we all need fuel and food for our families! I wouldn't mind so much if I had used them for lifes' luxuries!

I'm so with you on this! It is amazing how quickly theses debts can build up and you have nothing to show for it. Good luck with paying it all off - you are making a great start :j

I'm assuming it's the Umex one you've been accepted for, Aesop. I've just had the registration email but wonder what you all chose for this question:

Have you ever participated in a survey that involves sending or receiving test mail?

They want to know if we are still doing it for someone else. Do you think it will influence acceptance if we are or not? Don't want to scupper my chances of getting onto this one after being booted off the TNS one last year
