Hello
I am looking at saving money on my bills, and have already started to move utility companies.
At the moment we have BT broadband, we dont have a phone plugged in so we are only using the internet.
Our bill every month is £61.49, im not even sure why.
I am right in thinking thats a bit high for just internet right?
What is the best way to bring this down, move companies or haggle, which im not really good at.
Has any one got any suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

We need to know what the breakdown of charges are.0

My online bill says this
This is the cost of your Package at £61.49 a month, charged in advance from
9 May 2017 to 8 Jun 2017. This gives you:
Calling Plan Unlimited Anytime Plan
Broadband BT Infinity Option 2
Line Rental is now included in your package0 -
Are you still in a minimum term with BT? If so, you are stuck for the remainder of that term. If you aren't, then you have options.
You are paying for an unlimited call package when you don't even have a phone connected? Why? That's throwing money away. Get rid of that straight away. That's £9 off the bill immediately.
Do you need Infinity 2 or would Infinity 1 suit?
Have a look around at different suppliers and see what price you can get.
BT aren't known for their great retention deals, so you may have to switch for the best price. Don't forget about cashback sites if you do switch.0 -
Ive been with BT about 5 years, i will look at other suppliers and see what the options are.0

#You need a line for the broadband so pay line rental .
You need to check when your current BB contract ends first .0 -
Ditch the anytime call package.
Call 0800800030 and tell them you're wanting to leave for a company which is cheaper and to a lower speed as you don't need infinity 2.0 -
There is an MSE Sky offer available for the next few days.
Less than half what you are paying I think.
Avoid the stress with BT (if you are out of the minimum term) and just move to sky0
