Not really a question, but I noticed in the email yesterday that FairFX were supposed to be having a sale starting a 9am today? I checked the rates at 8am this morning for US dollars and it was showing 1.59(something)..., then at 0850 it showed 1.600(something), then just after 9 it was showing at 1.5980. I don't really think that is much of a sale, so just be warned....

It's showing US$1.5995 now.
Though I don't know why people buy foreign currency cards anyway.
It takes all sorts I suppose.0 -

Hi. Do you know of a better way to use currency abroad? Its just I use these pre-loaded cards to withdraw cash in Spain as I thought they were safer and cheaper than taking bank notes with me.0 -

I guess you are assuming everyone is able to get this card?
Fairfx is the only way for me without using my 34.9% capitalone card...0 -
