Given the absolute shambles this has been for them, I am surprised the news article doesnt include a sentence along the lines of: NatWest dont appear to have any explanation as to why this has happened, and cant tell us why it takes them 2 weeks to fix the error.0 -
Mine was paid on time on the 12th of April. I wish it had been late though, it seems like an easy way to get a few extra £.0

I'm just surprised that of all the forum members the article quotes, the author didn't refer to Mchambers wisdom and experience of complaints and compensation.

Just to add some balance here though... many customers did get their payment on time - although that doesn't help people who are still waiting, we shouldn't lose sight of the fact NatWest gave us a very easy to achieve switching offer, the first from them in a long time, and the more people slag them off the less likely it is that they will make the same kind of offer again in the near future."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0
