    Given the absolute shambles this has been for them, I am surprised the news article doesnt include a sentence along the lines of: NatWest dont appear to have any explanation as to why this has happened, and cant tell us why it takes them 2 weeks to fix the error.

    Mine was paid on time on the 12th of April. I wish it had been late though, it seems like an easy way to get a few extra £.

    I'm just surprised that of all the forum members the article quotes, the author didn't refer to Mchambers wisdom and experience of complaints and compensation. :(

    Just to add some balance here though... many customers did get their payment on time - although that doesn't help people who are still waiting, we shouldn't lose sight of the fact NatWest gave us a very easy to achieve switching offer, the first from them in a long time, and the more people slag them off the less likely it is that they will make the same kind of offer again in the near future.
